On the opening guide Harvest keeps for The Yard, every tenant carries a label. Some say "Now Open." Some show a grand opening date. Many say "Opening date TBD." Above the list sits the line "Some earlier dates await confirmation." That page is the most accurate way to understand Woodinville's newest block right now.
Harvest's October 5 announcement said The Yard was "now complete." It has 100,000 square feet of tasting rooms, restaurants, retail and office space, sits above 652 underground parking spaces, and is nearly 90% leased. The same release planned openings "throughout the fall and into 2027." The construction is finished. The tenant lineup will keep changing for about a year, and the order matters. The first places to open are mostly for evenings and weekends: tasting rooms, a Champagne bar, a bourbon room. The everyday morning spots come later.
October filled the evening side first
The Harvest opening guide was updated October 21. These businesses were confirmed open as of that date:
- Bong Bóng Bar, a Champagne bar with Vietnamese and French influences in Suite F15. Posted hours are Tuesday through Friday 2 to 11 p.m., Saturday 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday hours are not listed. Its first flight is $40 for four low-dosage grower Champagnes.
- Gård Estate Wines, which held its soft-opening weekend October 17 and 18. The room has a fireplace, a wine club room and a dog-friendly patio.
- J.P. Trodden Distilling, a small-batch bourbon tasting room and bottle shop. It was listed open after an October 16 update.
- Elm Candle Bar, where you make your own candles, in Building D, Suite D23. Its grand opening ran October 9 through 11.
- Houseguest, which held its grand opening October 10.
- Bumble & Bee, a boutique for families and pets that soft-opened during the October 17 Harvest Fall Festival.
- Vaunt Gallery, a contemporary art gallery that hosts art-and-wine events.
- Valentine Collective Salon, beneath The SOMM Hotel, which takes appointments.
The Avennia and Grosgrain tasting rooms were already pouring before the festival. Things are moving quickly. On October 8, Woodinville Wine Country listed Cascade Cliffs as upcoming. Harvest's own tenant map now marks it "Now Open." The map also shows The Tox and Direction Apparel as open. The Direction Apparel venue page still calls its Woodinville shop planned, and The Tox's page posts no hours, so call ahead before you go.
Three openings fell in the week before this post. House Balthazar, which serves Champagne and macarons, posted an opening date of October 23, 2026. Elk Haven Winery and Rainfire Spirits set a grand opening for their shared tasting room on Saturday, October 24, with hours of noon to 6 p.m. Operating days had not been posted. Brass Steak & Seafood, led by chef Kyle Quinn, was also scheduled for October 24 and took reservations ahead of time. Brass is the first full dinner restaurant at The Yard. Every other October opening serves drinks, sells goods or offers an experience.
November and December fill in the daytime
The October 5 release lists dates for the next wave. These later openings change The Yard from a place for an evening out into a place for a Tuesday morning:
| Announced for | Tenant | What it adds | Status in Harvest's directory, late October |
|---|---|---|---|
| November | Visible Coffee | Coffee | Opening date TBD |
| November | Edit | Not described in the release | No further date posted |
| December | Sugo Hand-Rolled Sushi | Hand-roll sushi bar | Venue page says fall 2026 |
| December | Matcha Magic | Matcha | Opening date TBD |
| December | Honor Pilates | Pilates studio | Venue page says Winter 2026-27 |
The Woodinville Chamber of Commerce repeated December for Sugo, Matcha Magic and Honor Pilates in its October 14 update. Until then, mornings at Harvest depend on places that are already running. Olive Branch, an all-day café, bakery and shop below The SOMM, is open. Farine Bakery & Café, at 14381 Woodinville Redmond Rd NE, appears in the Harvest directory with hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.
Some fall dates are now TBD
Several tenants announced for October or "later in the fall" now show no firm date in Harvest's directory. Plan around what has opened, not what was announced.
- Matthews Winery was announced for October. The directory now shows "Opening date TBD."
- King's Cigar Club was also announced for October and also shows "Opening date TBD."
- Lachini Vineyards was due "later in the fall." Its enoteca shows TBD, and no Harvest schedule has been published.
- Walla Walla Vintners was also due later in the fall. Its venue page now says late 2026.
The 2027 group is the largest. It includes Cactus, The Crawlspace Gastropub, a new restaurant from chef Hari Nayak, and the Zirckle-Rousch tasting room. Kiln, a workspace operator, has leased 22,045 square feet and plans to open in fall 2027. Three of the restaurants on the full tenant list are not due until next year. The Yard's dinner options will look quite different by this time in 2027.
Getting in without circling
Drivers enter the multi-level garage from Redmond-Woodinville Road. There is also surface parking around the edges, plus ADA spaces and EV charging. Harvest's guide points visitors to ParkMobile zone 45688 and says to check posted signs. The rate and any free time are posted at the garage, not online. The SOMM's posted hotel rates of $31 for parking and $39 for valet apply to hotel guests and should not be read as the price for The Yard.
Coming by bike may be easier. The Sammamish River Trail runs right past the property, Harvest has secure bike parking, and the paved trail runs 10 miles between Bothell and Marymoor Park. If you rode the trail recently, King County Parks closed the stretch between NE 143rd and NE 145th Streets for construction starting October 13, as Seattle Bike Blog reported. Expect fencing near that segment until the work is finished.
The trail connection is also part of the city's longer-term plans. Woodinville's 1.9-mile Eastrail Corridor concept would run from Wilmot Gateway Park through downtown and link to the Sammamish River Trail and the regional Eastrail network. The city's fall design survey is open through November 23.
Where The Yard fits on the town calendar
Through the holidays, The Yard is one stop among several. The rest of Woodinville's calendar has fixed dates and addresses:
- Today, Thursday, October 29, 3 to 6 p.m.: Trick or Tree at City Hall, 17301 133rd Ave NE, with crafts, games, face painting, treats and a free tree to take home.
- Friday, October 30, 6 to 9 p.m.: Murder Mystery Dinner & Masquerade at the Chateau Ste. Michelle Manor House.
- Saturday, October 31, 6 to 9 p.m.: A free, all-ages Animal Costume Contest at Freebush Cellars, 19495 144th Ave NE, Ste B235. The winner is announced at 7:30.
- Saturday, November 14, 6 to 9 p.m.: "Through the Decades: 30 Years of Artist Series" dinner at Chateau Ste. Michelle.
- Saturday, December 5: Winterfest Holiday Fair at DeYoung Park from 3 to 6 p.m., with the tree lighting at 5:30. The Schoolhouse District holds a farmers market from 1 to 5 p.m. and a candy-cane hunt at 6:30.
- Sunday, December 13, 6 p.m.: The Winterfest Car Parade, followed by a festival from 6 to 8 p.m. near Haggen and Red Robin downtown.
The December dates line up with The Yard's own schedule. By the Winterfest tree lighting, Visible Coffee should be open if it keeps its November date, and Sugo, Matcha Magic and Honor Pilates are aiming for that same month. A Yard visit on Winterfest weekend could include coffee and sushi as well as wine. A visit this week mostly means a tasting room, a Champagne flight or a candle-making table.
A new block on the Sammamish River Trail also matters to the people who own and rent homes near it. Its tenant mix, parking and foot traffic will keep shifting through 2027.
